Alba Cinnamon Powder

$28

Silky. Sweet. Piquant. Milled exclusively from broken Alba quills to preserve the high essential oil content. The antithesis of the gritty, bitter cinnamon found in mass retail.

Ultra-fine, silky milling for instant solubility and a velvet mouthfeel. Naturally sweet with a mild, lingering heat — no additives or sugar required. The purest expression of the Galle terroir.

Why it exists

Most cinnamon powder is sawdust by another name — aged, overheated during grinding, and oxidized long before it reaches a jar. Alba powder is milled at low temperatures from broken reserve-grade quills, preserving the oils that define true Ceylon character.

How it is different

  • Ultra-fine, silky milling for instant solubility
  • Naturally sweet with mild, lingering heat
  • Milled from broken Alba quills — not commodity bark
  • Pale tan-gold color (not reddish-brown like cassia)

This is powder that dissolves like silk and tastes like intention.

A limited-edition curation of pure Ceylon Cinnamon. Contains: 75ml Leaf Oil, 60 g Cinnamon Powder and 120g Artisan Quills. Harvested in Sri Lanka. Bottled in Canada.

Weight: 60 gDimensions: 10 × 6 × 6 cm
